Situated on the 2nd floor with no one above ensures serenity and an ideal place to wind down and drift into “island time”. You’re just a 40 second walk from the beach area, lounge chairs and some of the best snorkeling/diving in the Caribbean and one of the healthiest reefs in the world. The closest pool is just steps away, as well! With Lawson Rock’s premier security team; you’ll feel confident walking, jogging or exploring our neighborhood.
For one or two couples needing a getaway, this is perfect. Master suite & en-suite bathroom are spacious and well appointed - lots of light and a walk-in closet. Roomy master-suite balcony is superb for lazy mornings enjoying coffee & lounging - or winding down with evening cocktails and conversation. Enjoy the scent of flowers and whispers of swaying palms in the tropical courtyard below.
The 2nd bedroom features a queen sized bed, bright, cheery reef decor with it’s own access to the large terrace to gaze at stars in the clear Caribbean night sky. A sliding glass door with a screen is available for cool nights when you don’t need AC. All rooms in the condo have ceiling fans and ample closet storage.
Large terrace/patio for lounging, catching a bit of sun or hosting small gatherings. In case of warm Caribbean rain showers, move to the covered area and listen to the sound of falling rain on the garden below. All areas of the terrace and the master suite deck are private and suitable for making the most of outdoor living.
A fabulous, well-appointed kitchen will please those who want to cook up a dinner without sacrificing convenience. Stainless appliances are GE Profile and well maintained. Granite countertops are large and spacious and the layout of the kitchen enables two or more people to move about easily.
