The villa built on two levels, offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and will comfortably accommodate up to 8-9 people.
The main level has ceramic tile floors, spacious gourmet kitchen with tropical hardwood cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The open plan provides a comfortably furnished living room with a 42” flat screen TV adjacent to the kitchen as well as a dining room that will comfortably seat 6. Glass sliders open to a 400 square foot covered veranda and infinity edge plunge pool sitting above Half Moon Bay and looking out to the reef beyond.
Off the entry hall, a guest bedroom with two single beds; opens to a covered veranda. There is also a full bathroom and utility area with washer and dryer. A tropical hardwood staircase takes you up to the second level and master suite with a king size bed, 42” flat screen TV, and a private bath with a walk in shower.
Step out to the spacious covered veranda overlooking West End Village with its backdrop of lush green hills, and the breathtaking sea views of Half Moon Bay. Enjoy cool breezes while watching the world go by. Down the hall there are two additional guest bedroom suites with king size beds, their own private baths and covered verandas. All the second level bedrooms have tropical hardwood floors.

It starts at the end of the bay’s beautiful white sand beach, with a coral reef starting out front that is great for snorkeling, and as you go further out, scuba diving. As you are on a narrow point of land, the ocean views from the bedrooms, the living and dining room, and all of the balconies and patios, are simply amazing.
Convenient Location: Located on a quiet point of land in West End Village, the house is only 15 minutes from the Roatan airport. West End Village is the heart of international Roatan, and is laid back yet lively, well developed for tourism but not tacky or over-commercialized. Once you get here you are just a short walk to restaurants, dive shops, bars, grocery stores, etc., so you don’t need to rent a car; you can easily walk everywhere in town. Water and car taxis are abundant and inexpensive if you want to explore other spots, such as West Bay Beach (5 minutes and $2 by water taxi), one of the largest and most beautiful beaches on the island. And the reefs that surround Roatan are a snorkeler’s and scuba diver’s paradise, with hundreds of dive sites, many of them world class.

Easy to Get to: Roatan is easier to get to than many Caribbean destinations.
