Can you meet us at the airport?
Absolutely! If you have never been to Roatan before we insist on meeting you at the airport. Our goal is making sure from the time you step foot on the island we are helping to make your vacation "No Stress".
Can you help us line up things to do (Diving, fishing, etc.)?
We would be glad to. We don't just work here we play here and think we have some great ideas to make sure you have as much fun as we do. Just let us know what you have in mind so we can help you do as much or little as you want. The earlier you let us know the better to line things up.
Should I rent a car?
We think so, but it is not a necessity as cabs are inexpensive and easy to find. Roatan is a safe and easy place to navigate and having a car can help you explore the island. We can even tell you about a few out of the way spots to visit.
How often is the house or unit cleaned during our stay?
The home is cleaned and ready for you upon arrival. We also provide the
cleaning after check out. If you would like more frequent cleanings (daily,
mid week etc) that is easy to schedule for you. Just let us know how often
you require service and we can arrange it for an additional fee.
What do you suggest for groceries during our stay?
We will have an evening snack and some breakfast foods at your island
getaway when you arrive so you can start relaxing immediately and continue
to wind down through the next morning. We will have a map to the local
stores and a description of what they offer for you as well. It is also
our pleasure to provision things out to your needs before you arrive so
you can skip shopping for food and start eating and relaxing. Let us know
what you prefer.
How do you handle airport arrivals and transfers?
We meet the first one of your group arriving at the airport (look for
a sign with your name on it). At that point we help you get a taxi or
rental car at your expense which is about $20 for most areas of Roatan.
Then you will make your way to the house where one of our representatives
will meet you with you at the home to check you into the property and
go over everything with you. If your group is arriving at multiple times
and you want us to meet them, let us know and we can work with you to
schedule a driver to meet the other parties at your expense and have them
be brought back to the rental villa.
