We enjoyed our stay! The pools are large and get some shade in the late afternoon which can be nice. West End a short drive away. Friendly security controls entry to development and patrols regularly so we felt very secure. We used Detour Roatan and booked chefs and scuba through them, both were great. AC works well, and the screened poolside dining area was enjoyed. A good spot if you want a quiet place to base your adventures.

Roatan’s Farmers Market
One of the island’s hidden gems is the weekly Roatan’s Farmers Market which is held in Politilly Bight from 9 am to 1 pm each Saturday. Each week there are different specials and this is a great place for freshly caught fish, baked goods, fresh cheese and produce, smoked meats, honey, coconut oil, and crafts.
You can also get some fresh fish tacos, which are not to be missed. This is a great location to visit to support locally made and locally grown produce and the perfect place to stock your vacation rental.

If you looking for something to do on Sunday, June 25th, be sure to check out the “Beach Bash Benefit” at Bradys Cay that will raise funds for the Charmont Academy and their work with children affected by Aids and medical issues on the island.
There will be games, prizes, and activities for the whole family. Plus, amazing live music. Kid tickets include face painting and participation in hitting the pinata. Adult tickets include an automatic raffle entry.
